Children in Need 2017!

Remembrance Day Activities At St Weonards

This afternoon the children have been busy taking part in activities based around Remembrance Day. The children decorated biscuits, used pastels and charcoal to create poppy pictures, designed their own medals as well as making crosses and decorating them. Please see our pictures!

Tesco Harvest Trail

Last week the children were very lucky to have a visitor from Tesco, who came to talk about the different foods that can be harvested this time of year and how they can be preserved to last longer. Everyone got to try different varieties of bread, jams and pickles and dried fruit. The sultanas went down the best!

Red Nose Day

The children have been raising money for Red Nose Day. They wore red clothes to school, baked jam drops and did lots of fun activities in the classroom. Thank you for all your kind donations.
