Roaming Reptiles Surprise Visit

On Tuesday, the children received a surprise visit from Roaming Reptiles as part of our ‘Animal Themed Week’. The children were given the opportunity to learn about and handle a range of reptiles. Everyone was very brave and enjoyed interacting with the different species.

Super at Spelling!

Year 3 have been busy practising their Year 3/4 spelling list this week. The children have been playing a game called ‘Splat’ in order to practise recalling the spelling of these words. The children showed great accuracy while playing, well done!
Jubilee Celebrations

We celebrated the Queen’s Jubilee by hosting a tea party with delicious scones made by Starfish class. This was followed by a fun afternoon of traditional playground games.
Stop Frame Animation

Sharks class have started learning about stop frame animation. They’ve made their modelling clay appear ‘alive’ by using the onion skinning feature on Stop Motion Studio app on the iPads. We’re looking forward to seeing all their finished movies.
