Olympian Visit

Today David Smith (an athlete who has completed in the Common Wealth Games) came to visit the children at St Weonard’s Primary School. David started the afternoon by telling the children about his journey to becoming an athlete and the importance of a balanced diet. The children then went outside to practise some key skills – balance and movement. The children had a wonderful time and enjoyed asking David lots of questions about his career as an athlete!
